Hello all - i have an acs r3 and one user is complaining of echo on their extension and the conference room phone - no other users have noticed any problems - we have swapped phones, line cords, handsets etc with no luck - any thoughts??

Are they using the phone hands-free? How high is the receiver volume (if not hands-free)? You can get echo if the receiver volume is up and they hold the receiver away from their ear. I am assuming system phones here.
