I have a digital Polycom SoundStation2 configured in Nortel CS1000 PBX and only in one external number you hear echo from one of the sides of the conference.
It was configured as a 2616, then I tried to configure like 2009 and 3904 but nothing of that solved the problem.
Furthermore, I tried to perform a factory defaults reset to the Polycom and this action didn't solve the problem.
Maybe, It is a configuration problem because I tried another analog Polycom with the same external problematic number and there wasn't echo in calls.
Any helpful comment?.
