Echo and static problem

I have 2 T1 Cas that I'm using for my long distance. I have some issues with echo and static when calling international number such 01144208 in london and all of Germany. I tried playing with the echo cancelling setting, and still no luck.
I have a 6608 T1 Blade as my MGCP gateway. I'm running callmanager 4.0.2a. Any thoughts??

i have been having the same int'l issues on my nortel pbx and my CCM's. And i tried 2 different carriers T1's, MCI and AT&T, same issues, echo, delays, etc

i cant find a single thing wrong on my end, and the carriers either on their end.

maybe a big fish is biting on the transatlantic cable again
