Echange 5.5 an imcdata in folder

Hi All

Please Help.

I am running an Exchange 5.5 sp4 on an NT4 Server SP6a.

My problem is that some mails are recieved and other bounce back to the sender with the following message:
Warning message still undelivered after 4hrs
Will keep trying till message is 10 days old.
When i look in the imcdata in folder i see messages in their but they dissapear and does not end up and the recipient.I assume that their might be a problem with my network interface card.

Please advise
