Hello,
I have an Abit BE6-II motherboard and 768MB OF ECC PC100 SDRAM (3 256's). But Bios/Win2kpro is only using 392MB of the 768. I know this motherboard supports 768MB's of ram and it does support ECC. I've tried to reset the bios defaults and that didn't resolve anything. I've played with the settings in bios as well but couldn't find a solution. By the way I'm using a P111 800/100.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advanced

Could be you have some bad chips on the memory modules.

How many slots does this board has? I had this experience : I have a board with 4 slots and I use a 512M ECC on it. I plugged it to Slot 0 and failed. Eventually, I use Slot 4 and OK.
