I have a PRI into a Magix System. Client has a 1-800 # that people call if they recieve a piece of mail from the client. When they call the 1-800 # it is answered by the receptonist who then transfers it to a calling group I have set-up. The problem I have is the client wants to be able to track how many calls are being sent to the calling group. Does anyone have any ideas how we might track these calls through ECAS or any other way.
