We are running eCAS on 3 Meridians...currently we have an on-going error that shows up in the message logs.
This is the error log:
Invalid Header in the input file,record count=327 (input record number 327 of file E:\eCAS Data\Call Collector\Swid002\s0020d3q.~fi) , source file: (C:\Program Files\Veramark\eCAS\Bin\\Formats\sl1rel20.fel:380)

The input record number changes each time. Veramark states that it isn't a severe error and if we are processing calls and rating - don't worry about it. This is not an acceptable answer.

Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks.

no but your right about the great customer service response, sounds like if you find a folder named formats the file for rel 20 does not match your actual header. are all switches rel 20 ?

John - thank you for your response.

Could you please clarify this? "are all switches rel 20?" Do you mean the physical software of the PBX or the sofware for eCAS?

I am not familiar with the connectivity side of the house. I inherited the system and am still trying to understand exactly what Veramark did, or rather didn't do, as we are getting a lot of bad information from a lot of different sources.

Thanks.
