ECAS & Definity one

I have a problem with definity one and ECAS, ecas is getting the call files like 8 - 10 hours behind. Has anyone else run into this? the time is correct on the Definity and cdr looks like it is set up correctly. Any help would be great.

You need to check your import timers..

ECAS and Definity 1, I have a problem with ECAS and the definity 1 it seems that the cdr file that is coming over is 6 - 8 hrs behind , the time is correct on the call. HAS anyone else run into this and if so what can I do to correct this? Someone stated to check the import timers, I would be glad to if I knew what I was looking for. ANY help would be appreciated.
