I have several alerts set up for 911 calls in eCAS. The last few days, I received a couple of alerts with a 3 digit extension as the caller. We use 5 digit extensions. I looked at the extension list in eCAS, and there are 3 digit "extensions" listed. From what I know of eCAS, these are TAC numbers for trunk groups. I am running eCAS 9.1 with CM5.2.1. Anyone have any ideas what this might be?
