EcardPOS.dll missing during terminal install??? 1

Any idea where i can find this file? Ive looked all over the server and foh terminals..

EDIT: located the StoredValueTerm install file in the BIN folder.. installed that,then after running iber i got a "storedvalue.xml missing" located this file in the C\programs files\radiant systems\bin folder i think on the server and put it in the BIN folder on terminal and all is working now.
