ecallbycallstats table empty ??

Hi all,
I an trying to get CLID of abandoned calls..
Apparently the tables in symposium that will give me the info are ecallbycallstat.

However when I link to these tables through Crstal reports or SQL server the tables are EMPTY?

Do I need to get this switch on somewhere ?

Yes, you need to enable the application for call by call stats collection. From memory I think it is under Configuration - Historical Stats. Each application has a check box to enable stats collection.

Thx for the reply but I finally got an answer to this.
I have Symposium Express installed...

In the User guide for SE there is a Note:
Call By Call reports are NOT availiable with Symposium Express Call Center..

So unless I have the Full Symposium I can not do this

Consider yourself lucky, call by call stats are a nightmare.
