Default settings when searching in eca is department and e-mail fields ,is there anyone that knows how to change to other fields.

Ericsson has a document that describes the rules about changing in ECA. Actually it doesn´t tell you how to do things, but if you show the document for a good web-developer, I guess he can get it done. Contact me at mthelander@hotmail.com if you want the document.
