ECA and Profile Changing 1

OK here's a bit more info.
When I try to activate a profile in the ECA web browser, as well as getting the "fail", I recieve an event in the Event viewer.
It's an application event from Ericsson EMG and contains a garbled message about logon to the DNA platform.
? Help??!

Here is the answer.
You must define a user i user configuration wich is called SYSTEM, it´s important that the name is in large letters and that the account has the prevelige to access the site you want to manage as a EMG account. Eg create a account named SYSTEM who can use EMG.
