Hi,

I'm using ArcServe 11.5 SP2 and I have several servers who fail to backup.

They get EC9, meaning "the storage control block address is invalid"

Can someone help me on this issue?
Thanks!

It will be helpful if you copied in that part of the log so we can see the exact message.

Try running Windows system tools to check and defrag the drives. Also check the client agent log.
