We have an executive receptionist who has bridged call appearances for 3 executives. When she leaves for the day or walks away from her desk she sets her EC500. The problem is all the calls follow her and she only wants calls directed to her extension to follow her. Is there an toggle or setting i missed while setting up her EC500 or those bridged appearances? Those bridged appearances on her phone are set to no ring and flash indicators.

make sure her extension is not in the cover path for the exec's extensions.

the bridges do not follow ec500, but covered calls will.

All 4 users are a part of the same coverage path 99. Coverage path 99 shown below is a termination point for hg99 which is voicemail. My thought was because the exec asst is on an expansion module that these calls were acting weird and following her cell phone when ec500 was set. You stated above that they can't be in the same coverage path is this what you mean do i have to create another coverage path that leads to hg99 and example coverage path 98 just so they are not in the same coverage path? Any additional info would be great thanks!

Also i believe everyone in the company is part of cover path 99 which leads to their voicemail.

If the secretary had bridged-appearances of the executive's extension, she doesn't need to be in his coverage path.

We'll she isn't necessarily in their coverage path they are all in the 99 cover path over 90% of the company because that is the cover path that leads to h99 which is voicemail.

That is okay for all of them to cover to audix via the same cover path.

EC500 calls for your station will get all calls that terminate to your principal extension. Not the bridges.

If they cover to your extension or they forward to your extension, then your ec500 will get the calls.

Where can i find out if they terminate to the principal extensions? This is the button assignment for the bridged appearances. Again i appreciate any help you can give me on locating my errors.

I can also confirm on the 3 execs that they do not use forwarding. I don't see the description for the execs to find out if they are being covered by the receptionist.

list station on each of the above bridge extension. This will show cover path number for each. display each cover path and see if your ext with ec500 is in anyone's cover path as a cover point.

Almost everyone's CV1 is set to 99 and I did noticed the the COS: was set to 1 and COR: set to 4. could this be the problem? I read into COR and didn't see anything about coverage either.

Thanks for your response i found that too and toggled it to none and still had the same problem. The funny thing is this never happened when she didn't have her extra button expansion module on a 9630 phonhe and only the 3 call appearances of one VP on her button list. She then needed the expansion module for appearances for 3 other VPs and their 3 call appearnces now this is happening.
