EC500 not ringing with internal calls - Rel 4

Has anyone had any trouble using EC500 running Rel 4? I used the off-station mapping form; I know it's programed correctly, but the feature doesn't work if the call is internal. Wondering about a software glitch or possible patch needed? Thanks, in advance, to all. Regards.
