EC500 issues with SIP trunks

Has anyone experienced issue with EC500 and SIP trunks. SIP provider is Paetec for inbound/outbound traffic. No ISDN/PRI available. When a DID call comes in, it rings the desk phone and attempts to ring the cellular phone but drops after half a ring. Cell phone shows the missed call. The call continues to ring at desk and follows appropriate coverage path. This occurs on several differnet cellular providers(AT&T, T-Mobile). The kicker- this problem is intermittent. I also have a ticket open with SIP provider but they are not providing much help at this time.
 
Verify you have TSC's set to none on your route patterns. Unfortunately it seems several of the providers won't handle calls correctly otherwise.
 
EC500, call forward off-net, trunk-to-trunk transfer, off-net transfer with coverage seem to be common issues with SIP Providers. I see these issues crop up across multiple platforms. Some SIP providors have better working relationships with PBX vendors. Need to make sure the provider has been tested and complies with the the PBX standards for these features.
