I have a teleworker who has comcast for her home phone. Her EC500 goes to her comcast line's VM instead of our company's VM. However, if she's on the phone, it will ring back to our VM. Anyone else have this issue? In the trace, there's one line that stands out (at least for me): "Connected party uses private numbering" I have not noticed that before on a trace. The beginning of the trace looks fine, is going out over our sip trunks, trying the number after the desk phone rings. I've tried changing the number of rings to see if this made a difference and it doesn't. Our vendor is perplexed as well.

The cell phone's voicemail is picking up before the call can route back to your VM. Check the number of rings in your coverage path.

take a look at your off-pbx-config set to see what Cellular Voice Mail Detection: is set to.

Yes like Vidmine said check your rings before it hits vm the rings have to be lower than Comcast. You can always set off-pbx-telephone configuration-set to confirm answer "Yes" this will make so Everyone has to press any button on the phone to confirm that a person answered and not a vm
