EC500 feature on 8400 digital phone

Hi,

Can 8400 serial digital phone use EC500 feature on CM 3 system?

I cannot set the off-pbx station to the station type 8410D, and I found that only 24xx,64xx,46xx may be administered as the "host phone" on CM 3.0 or later version in avaya document 210-100-500.

I have many 84xx digital phone, How should I do for making them can use the EC500 feature? If I need Xmobile feature?

We use it via X-mobile for ours. We have a majority of 84xx series phones and a CM 3.0 switch. Works well.

If you want you can always program your 8410 feature on your phone to be a 6408d+, then all you need to do is to program EC500 feature and clear 2 of the buttons on your phone template..

I find a easy way. I set the 8410 phone type to '6408d+'.EC500 is work.redial feature can be replace by FAC.
