EC500 Feature Name Extension vs. Extensions

Hi,

I have a problem:
I am able to call normal station extensions witouht any troubles over the trunk, but if I want to call a FNE the provider isn't able to get a connection. Are there any differences of the setup or subscriber type between an FNE or a normal station, becaus the provider told me that he sees that the call comes into the system equally, but he isn't able to recognize the FNE numbers?

Are there any tips????
