EC500 disconnects

I've just started using EC500 v4 and everything seems to work great except 1 thing. When I call into someone on my switch from my cell/home number, the call disconnects after about 20 seconds, every time. My office caller-ID comes up on their displays and the quality seems fine, but then I get cutoff. I ran a list trace on the XMOBILE origination stations and this is what spit out:

I'm not sure what an ISDN recover timer expiry error means or how to fix it. Any ideas?
