EC500 Blocking for Virgin Mobile text-to-landline messages

I am having a problem blocking a number that is coming from Virgin Mobile text-to-landline messages. The phone sets call log and Aura voicemail see the incoming number, but the PBX is not blocking it like it does for all other numbers we have successfully blocked in the past.

Can anyone help me with this problem? How can I block this number?
