Hi everyone,
Having some issues with setting up FNEs.
I have some FNEs that work just fine (Send All Calls, Send All Calls disable, Calling Party Number Block, Calling Party Number Unblock) and some that don't (Conference on Answer, Conference Complete, Drop, Transfer Complete, Transfer on Hang Up).
When I call the DID of one of the FNEs that doesn't work, I get the "all circuits are busy" just like when the wrong number is programmed in the off-pbx station mapping (which is not the case).
One common thing I'm seeing is that the FNEs that do work have an associated FAC programmed. But I don't see any corresponding FAC for the FNEs that don't work.
The other common thing I'm seeing is that the FNEs that don't work have to do with conferencing.
I would appreciate any help on this issue. I've been through the Avaya documentation but have been unable to find what the problem might be.
Thanks.
