EC Map Set up question.

This problem is for a bcbs organization.
Does anyone have any idea about

-Setting EC Map to look up both sender and receiver values from flat file input.

-Setting up Outbound compliance to follow x12 standard if needed instead of HIPAA recommended
(example: Timestamp in GS05)

You need a before rule at your parent level of flow before the first I/O rule that reads the TPID. You need to map the other ISA/GS values from the flat file to the appropriate variables in ECMap. I don't have a manual with me but I think Appendix C of the ECMap reference manual has more details.

The client was using 2.9.Though we cannot use the above tip in 2.9 we have confirmed that we could use it when we upgrade to 4.0.
