We have had the Exchange Agent running on an Exchange 2000 server, however, this has recently stopped working.

If I go through the Backup Agent Configuration on this server I get error 122.

On the Arcserve server I am getting error 402.

I have checked that the agent account is not hidden, the backup agent RPC service has been restarted, I can logon to a PC using the backup agent account.

Any ideas please.....
