Databit: I've been too busy mfor awhile bu yeah, lots of questions. We have 2 or 3 Call Centers we are trying to bring together and are looking to maybe use ebroker for look ahead routing. Not sure if we can actually do this since 1 of the ACDs is Asp3ect and 1 is Avaya and 1 is Nortel. any info, sites, links, anything you can point me to would be great
