EBN fault. (Md Evolution)

Hi,

Not sure if anybody has had any dealings with the Ericsson EBN system.
I have come across a problem where all the phones are registered with the back up gatekeeper due to WAN down.
Problem is when the RRQ timer is reached (max 600secs) the phone re-register to the backup G/K, any calls are subsequently cut off!
The phones are at revs (boot 3D/ app 4F)
The EBN is at 8.1. D010 and the g/k is CIP.5.2.4.
The info chl is not giving a great deal away, but i think we have the latest f/w revs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I take it thats the latest EBN rev. It doesnt mention this on the Ericsson info chl or at least i didnt see it mentiones, is there anywhere i can get any info on it?

Fault is with v2 phone s/w .You need to go back to R4A as even R5C and R5D is still faulty(We are using R9 CPU f/w)
Sweden have an escalation in for this
