Hi, I want to ask, how to connect to EBN when is in default state (started for first time)? Is there a possibility to connect it through lan (if there is an default IP address), because I tried (like in manual) windows soft "terminal" (VT100,local echo off, 9600, 7 bits, even parity, 2 stop bits - like the manual)and connect through V24PC connector, but nothing happen... :-(

Thank You very much, and have a nice weekend...

Have you tried, 9600, 8, n ,1?

I remember there are lots of stuff on the manual that are not up to date and the connection details are one of them. I´ll look up Alex and let you know the default IP address (I think it is 10.10.10.10/24 but i´m not sure) Are you using TLG?

Hi,Thank You for Your answer.

I have TLG, but I can`t connect it through v24 modem/direct because this option is not visible in menu, I don't know why...
I have tried 10.10.10.10 but this is not correct. I think, maybe there is no IP in default state, so the only way, how to connect is serial cable (then change IP, and then connect through lan). I tried putty to connect it, i see default window (where you enter the type of terminal, 1 for minitel, 2 for vt220/vt100, but nothing happen, when I click 1 or 2 or "whatever")... :-(

So, I have solved the problem...I have tried some terminal emulation softwares from web, and one of them work correctly - is called CRT from Vandyke ( I don't know, why other doesn't want to work)...
In menu I can see default address 10.10.10.1, so pcasi, You were very close :)

Thanx again...
