EBM down after server upgrade

We put in a 2003 Server today and we can't get E-Business Manager back up and running....on the new server or now back on the old server. We are using Mas90 Rel 3.71

We made the necessary internal IP address changes in our firewell/router and I'm pretty sure that the externally hosted site doesn't need a change made.

We're thinking either UNC mapping or security. We did have to upgrade the Active Directory on the old 2000 server to 2003 as part of the process.

Any ideas are appreciated!
