I have an ip office working on multiple subnets, on the subnet where the ip office is you can see when users are on the phone or forwarded(speed dials)[phone manager/softconsole]You can not see this on other subnets,you just see the user with no lights. Please help

I would say this is happening because Softconsole uses TFTP. This is sent out of the IPO as Broadcast traffic, which will not be passed by your router unless to create a rule to allow it. That is allow TFTP broadcasts to pass between the two routed interfaces.
In the cisco world this is a easy thing to achive.
