Ebay Problem

I have a client that is trying to bid on ebay on a recent new machine...She can do everything with problem except bid...When she click on any "Bid Now", the page cannot be display...Any Clues what is blocking the bid page from coming up???

She knows her account works due to place bids on another computer.

Its a dll that eBay wants to drop on the workstation. In our case it was my boss and we had dlls blocked at the firewall. I had to set a special policy for him, allowing dlls through http, so that he could bid on eBay. I also had to give him power user rights on his workstation so that the dll could be dropped.

So, What is the name of the dll file? So, what exactly you done to get finally working???

I can't remember the name of the dll file and since only my boss bids on eBay from work I can't get it, because he can now bid. A message should pop up when your client tries to bid telling her that the dll file can't be downloaded.

In our case, we use Fortinet's Fortigate-60 for our firewall. We configured a protection profile specific to my boss' computer that would allow http dlls to be downloaded to that computer only. We run XP Pro workstations so we gave him local power user rights to his workstation.
