EBAPI Wizard

Good Day;

We're using Citrix Metaframe XP FR3 to Publish an applcation for the remote users, however the citrix is installed on Windows 2003 enterprisr server edition, many times & Unexpectedly the following wizard appears:

C:\Windows\Temp\EBAPIExt
The Eventviewer Logs are clean ... I think it has some relation with one of the Printer Drivers installed...

Anyone has an idea on that?
