EasySync with Handspring Visor Deluxe

Having a problem syncing with Visor Delux and Lotus Notes R5. Trying to Sync Calendar only and receiving an error in log stating:
Notes C++ API error: File does not exist
Additional info:
Failed to open 'mail\jimiller'. Check the current Notes Location document and make sure it points to the correct Notes mail file.
Notes Calendar synchronization failed

Any oideas???

I had a similar problem with outlook express. I solved it by having outlook express open before starting the sync process. It's worth a try
