Easysoft ODBC to ISAM

We are getting inconsistant results with this data connection. It APPEARS to sometimes write the linking in the FROM clause and other times in the WHERE clause. The reports only work with the WHERE version. We are on CR8.5 and due to move to CR10 (where the reports just don't work with LOJs). Has anyone been through this sort of experience before?

Some progress since my original post.

I have Easysoft ODBC 1.04.02.82 looking at an ISAM database with CR10.

The SQL generated for a left Outer Join is incorrect. It is defaulting to OJSyntax, but I need it in PlusEqual syntax.

BO tech support have referred me to:

but this made no difference for me. Has anyone overcome similar problems or even followed the instructions in the BO technical paper and got a positive result?
