EasyMail SMTP error

Guess who, ;-). Hello everybody, I'm back with another question.

I have installed SMTP and setup voicemail to for email alerts. I have changed the email setting from MAPI to SMTP in VMPro preferences and made changes to the SMTP option in Control Panel.

However, when I leave a vmail, the following error shows up in the application log:-

Any solutions/suggestions is highly appreciated.

Just in case you were wondering, I have enabled the email option and entered the email address in Phone Manager.

Did you start the VM Pro service on a local administrator account or as a system account.
The log states that the system account could not send mail so try to start the service with a normal user account with admin rights.
