Easy way to insert new page in Word2000 document

Is there an easy way to insert a new page in a Word 2000 document. I had a document that I had already inserted page numbers. Is there a way to insert a new page (in between pages 2 and 3 for instance) and have all the pages re-number to take into account the additional page?

At the bottom of page two, press CTRL and then the CARIIAGE RETURN key. This will insert a page break for a new page. If you have set up your footers with auto page numbering, the inserted page should be taken into account as far as page numbering goes.
