Is there an easy way to get the total number of phones on our system? We have an option 81C.

Yes, you can do a TNB, import it to an excel doc and total up the devices. You can sort by type as well.

FEAT SETS

This will give you a total count of all phones and a total of each type.

acewarlock - I can get into LD 81 and put in CNT, but when I get to FEAT if I type in SETS it goes back to FEAT; if I type SET it gives me a SCH code error. Am I missing something else during the input?

After you you type SETS, hit enter and FEAT comes up again. Hit enter 1 more time, and that should do the trick.
