Easy way to automatically dial an international PIN?

Currently, I have an ARS table set up to automatically dial the International PIN code for all international calls.
0NSi2015676883"@(SIP SERVER ADDRESS)"Y,,7872#

This suddenly stopped working, and our SIP provider has no answers.

Is their an easier way to have users dial the PIN code automatically?
