easy vpn between routers

Hi.

Im trying to setup a vpn connection between a 871w router and a uc520.
the uc520 is configued as vpn server, and the 871 as client.
I've configured ipsec ezvpn on both units, but i cant establish the tunnel.
The uc520 displays the vpn status with the router as: DOWN_NEGOTIATING

key and user/pw is the same in both.
