easy toner refilling 1

Hello
I use ink printer: hp3550 and main problem is that
i can only refill cartridge 3 or 4 times, after that
i have to change cartridge (because it is dry and
even if it's full it does not want to split).
So i started to think about laser printer: how easy
is here refilling toner, and how many times can i do it ?
What cheap black laser printer (do not need high quality,
but need to easy refill toner many times) could be
the best for me ?

We do not recommend refilling toner cartridges (or ink cartridges for that matter). It is a messy job and many times the refillables that you are sold and not optimum for your machine. Some manufacturers even void the warranty if anything but "official" supplies are used. You can buy a decent low-priced laser printer for a couple hundred dollars - yes, the toner cartridges are more expensive than ink cartridges, but they last many times longer and ink jets, making then much more cost-effective to operate in the long run than ink-based printers.

But the other side is that people do refill and have good luck. I have a friend who has some older model hps (laser) purchased on ebay-he has located a reputable refilling concern and uses nothing but refilled cartridges at around half the cost of new. (And with used printers, warranty is a non-issue.)
