For what it's worth, I purchased a tool through FMS called the Access analyzer that does this to some extent - but since there are so many different ways to use the objects interactively, I'm not sure there's any tool out there that can really do it that well.

The documenting features in that tool were very nice - but it had to be used with caution. For example, a "problem documenter" might say that a query isn't being used by any forms or reports when in fact it was being used in VBA code behind a form.

Their website is (I'm in no way related to them - not doing a 'sell' here - bottom line, I very seldom use their tools anymore, but a couple years ago I was doing some fairly extensive searching for similar tools and theirs seemed to be the best)
