On Avaya H.323 phones, you can status the station to see the current firmware version.
How would you do that on a SIP phone? Somewhere in System Manager?

What about if you're standing in front of the physical 9608? What menu do you go into to see current firmware version?

Thanks!

From the SMGR home page, Session Manager, System Status or Tools... User Registrations

In there, there's tabs for each phone, but there's a "view" button at the top and if you "view" by device, you'll see the firmware for each Avaya AST SIP phone registered (that's a proper registered 9600 or J100)

Thank you!!!

To clarify, is it this field in my screenshot?

Also, if you wanted to look at every phone in the system to search for older firmware phones, can you do it?

Thanks!

Nevermind, I see how you could just filter on Device Version. Thanks again!
