we never enabled CALL-BY-CALL reporting... what information, exactly, would this show if i enabled it for a piticular skillset? what kind of reporting would i get? dumb question i know, "turn it on" humor me..
Its a mechanism that allows for the "recording of events" related to calls. Effectively it shown the progress of an incoming caller through the application/s to connection to termination.
It is not enabled by skillset. It is enabled by application.
Also, this fills up disc space very quickly, so you may want to limit how much data you store. Unless you have specific reasons to hold more, a couple of days is usually enough.
