Easy Free Progress Control wanted.. 1

Any tips on where to find it or what its name is?

I want to be able to increment it by say 20% every now to show the user how long they have to wait.

Right click on toolbox, select components, scroll down until you see Microsoft Common Controls 6.0, select it and click on ok. You will now have more controls in your tool box and the progress bar will be one of them.
