what is the char() reference for a tab field?

What i am trying to do is create a legend table and I have no chart, just the fields.

I was originally hoping just to insert both the key and the descr fields. Well, now I need to add spaces. Was contemplating just drawing a line between the two fiels and concatenating them together, unless anyone has a better solution in CR8.5?

You want the ASCII value for a horizontal tab which is 9
