Easy cell referencing question

Hi everyone.
I want to have a macro walk across the columns of a spreadsheet using column numbers instead of letter references. I can't remember the syntax for this. Anybody got a minute to refresh my memory?

Cell "C2" would be (2,3)...... etc.
