Easy Answer? Where to Start for WWW Launch?

Hi All. I am a web designer but to date have only launched intranet sites. I have a site I want to put out on the

have no idea where to start. What is the best domain name registration, web hosting, etc. I'll need everything. The search engine submissions, space, etc. PLEASE, any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

The cheapest I have seen so far is

http://www.godaddy.com.

They have pretty cheap domain names and really cheap hosting.

You can, (if possible) host your own site off your own web server. You will need a static IP to do that I believe.
