Good day all,
I got about 300 sites runnung BCM400 4.0. They have a mix of 7406 and 7406e each location with 2 handsets apiece. The phones seem to be replaced quite often and we ship the replacements to site with the Nortel quick install guides. It's not working. Is there a more simplfied guide that I am missing from Nortel? If not I have to make one up myself or dispatch a tech out every time. Any ideas for the thinking impaired?
