Easiest way to replace corrupt files automatically?

Apparently, the W32.Pinfi virus corrupted several important server files such as aclreg.exe and the licensing executable...what will be the most hassle-free way on replacing these files automatically?

I get an error message that says that aclreg.exe is not a valid win32 application on startup and through TS.

Thanks for the help
