easiest steps to migrating exchange5.5 to exchange 2 k

Ok here is what I have. I have one domain controller NT4.0 and one exchange 5.5 server. I have 2 brand new servers that I want to load with Win2k for the domain controller and one to load up with exchange 2k. can someone please point me to some white papers that can tell me the easiest way to accomplish this? I can leave the old pdc and the old exchange server up as I build the new ones. Also, I only have 25 users.
